      Hey, it's your friendly admin, Bryn :) I've been asked a few times by various people, "You're doing so well with the Wiki - what could I possibly contribute?"

      Let me start off by saying: A LOT. I'm doing as much as I possibly can, but if I want this Wiki finished before I'm ninety years old, I need help. That's where you come in.

      Do you have any YH pictures, autographs, memorabilia, etc? Please consider adding scans/photos of them to the Wiki. If you don't know where to add your images, you can always email me.

      Don't have any memorabilia but still want to help? Awesome. The following list is what I need the most help with right now:


To Do

  • Episode summaries (Synopsis). See the list below to see which eps still need them. You can look at earlier episodes to get a feel for how to write it.
  • Character lists and bios (see list below). For each episode that doesn't have a summary, odds are that the character list for the episode is incomplete and in the wrong order. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to correct the list of characters into the order in which the characters appeared, and then create the character page for the ones that don't have one yet, and write up brief character bios for those characters.
  • If you've got an ear for music, you can always take a crack at adding to the Background Music Breakdown.
  • Dialogue-only episode transcripts. For eps 1-28 were copied from Whoosh.org, and need to be verified for accuracy. Eps 29-50 don't even have a transcript, which would make you an AMAZING AWESOME person if you took the time to type one up. (When you are done with editing a transcript, please add "This is a transcript of the dialogue of the Young Hercules (Movie Pilot), as aired, transcribed by Bryn.", replacing the name of the episode and your name as the transcriber. Thanks!) Scroll down for the lists of eps that just need verified, and the eps that need completely typed up.
  • If you're looking for something a little easier, you can always work on adding to Unanswered Questions, Fabulous Flippy Hair, Herc's Obsession With Zeus, etc...

      There is some special coding you need to know to edit properly, but it's easy to learn. Knowledge of basic HTML is a plus, but you can learn all you need to know by going over to MediaWiki, or searching Google. Also, I recommend looking at the source code on other pages of things you want to do, and using that as a kind of template.

  • recheck crossmovies for release date, rating, runtime, tagline
  • recheck crossshows for air dates and eplists.
  • Recap HtLJ and XWP DejaVu caps, format, and reupload
  • Go through reoccurring characters pages and add (mentioned) ep guides

  • Constellations in the Night Sky - needs pictures of each set of star clusters, second picture of drawn image on top of stars, list of stars included in each cluster. Possibly also origin of who discovered constellation and bit of mythology behind it.
