This is a page for the relationship between Iolaus and Kora.

1.01 - Treasure of Zeus

  • This is the first time Iolaus and Kora meet. Iolaus tries to say that the Inn owner always gives him credit, to which Kora reveals that she's the owner. She calls him "Curly" and he self-conciously touches his hair.

Iolaus: We'll have what he's having and, put all three on my bill...

Kora: Mm-hmm, looks empty. No dinars, no dinner.
Jason: That's okay. That's okay. I'm buyin'.
Iolaus: Um- I'm really tight with the owner here. He always gives me credit.

Kora: Nice try, curly. I'm the owner.

1.02 - Between Friends

  • Iolaus flirts with Kora, and ends up crashing and burning as she rejects him, telling him to "Dream on."

Kora: Kitchen’s closing. Anything else?

Iolaus: How about a slow walk in the moonlight? You... me... the stars...
Kora: Alone, Iolaus, with you?
Iolaus: Uh, uh - sure.
Kora: Okay. Sneak into the academy barn. Crawl into the hayloft. Close your eyes... and dream on. (Kora leaves)
Iolaus: I don't get it! What is her problem?

Jason: She has good taste.

1.06 - Teacher's Pests

  • Iolaus tells Herc and Jason that he's got a date with Kora, only to admit later that it's not a date, but that he's gotten a job at the Inn as a busboy.
  • When told that he's going to be a waiter for the day, he asks if waiters can date the boss, while teasingly trying to poke her. Kora grabs his hand and twists his arm behind his back.
  • Iolaus's voice takes on a flirting quality when he leaves for the night, calling her "Boss".

1.13 - Forgery

  • Iolaus invites Kora to go over to Corinth for the day. She refuses.

1.42 - The Prize

  • When Iolaus gets caught in the middle of the fight for the Kronos Stone and gets blasted into the wall, Kora runs to his side to make sure he's okay. Seeing that he's fine and exaggerating the severity of the damage, she smacks him back to reality.
