While still attending Cheiron's Academy, Jason is also preparing for his upcoming coronation to become King of Corinth. It is a process that involves etiquette lessons, meetings with ambassadors, and hearing petitions from Corinthian citizens. While he often gets bored of the lessons and desires to be treated like a normal guy, he isn't shy of pulling out the "prince" card to impress the ladies.

1.01 - Treasure of Zeus

  • Jason says that he's glad to be going back to Cheiron's Academy, where he'll be treated like "just another student", not like a prince.
  • Seconds later, he's more than willing to brag to Kora that he's going to be the King of Corinth.

1.13 - Forgery

  • When his date expresses interest in working at a palace, Jason says that he'll see what he can do.

1.18 - A Serpent's Tooth

  • Though he seems to find them boring and tedious, Jason sits through a very long line of petitioners, two of whom are the Babylonian Sibyl and 'her' translator. Later, as the mysterious fires continue to spread around Corinth, Ophistus provides him with a scroll containing the traditional 'reassurance speech' for him to give to his people.

1.19 - The Lure of the Lyre

  • After leaving Bacchus's cave, Hercules runs back to the Academy to tell Lilith and Iolaus about the place. Jason misses out on the fun, as he's away at 'king school'.
