- When Hercules, Jason, and Iolaus are left to run Kora's Inn on their own, Jason mans the kitchen while Hercules and Iolaus act as the waitstaff. However, it turns out he can only make one thing- Chicken salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Place almonds in a frying pan. Toast over medium-high heat, shaking frequently. Keep a very close eye on them so they do not burn
- In a medium bowl, mix the mayo (or yogurt) and lemon juice.
- Combine the dressing with chicken, celery, and almonds. Salt and pepper to taste
