Trivia & References

Continuity, Yay! - Once in the Elysian Fields, Jason takes the chance to reunite with his father King Aeson. King Aeson died in Young Hercules (Movie Pilot).
Déjà Vu - The estate that was used for the Elysian Fields was also used for the wedding scene in H:TLJ "2.21 - The Wedding of Alcmene". Also, the lake where Hercules and Jason cross over into the Underworld was used for the bathing scene in Young Hercules (Movie Pilot).
Bechdel Test - This episode passes: Eurydice and Cynthea talk about the fate of Cynthea's daughter, Sarah. Although the conversation briefly does touch on a man (Bacchus), it quickly goes back to comparing Sarah's fate to Eurydice's.
Nod to HtLJ - Hades saying that he's never been in love is foreshadowing the episode HtLJ "2.08 - The Other Side" when Hades kidnaps Persephone because he's in love with her.
