The Guy With The Goofy Hat is a regular at Kora's Inn. To avoid being caught by Cheiron, Iolaus (who is supposed to be in detention) uses the guy's hat to cover his face. On his way out of the inn, the guy indignantly shouts "Hey! That's my hat!" and reclaims it before leaving.
