Official Headband Guy in 1.23 - The Mysteries of Life.

Though no official name is given for this character, he appears twice in the series. He's first seen manning the sign-up station and handing out the headbands for the Corinthian Games, where he seems not to recognize Jason (1.17 - Winner Take All). Some undetermined time later, he appears again as being one of the first to greet Jason as he walks the streets of Corinth, perhaps to make up for his previous flub (1.23 - The Mysteries of Life).
