• means 'Centaur council', or it might be the building that the council gathers in, from 1.11 - Battle Lines I.

Solon

• Exact meaning unknown, but in general the name of a position within the Centaur council.
• Possibly a reference to the Athenian statesman, lawmaker, and poet named Solon. He is remembered particularly for his efforts to legislate against political, economic, and moral decline in archaic Athens. His reforms failed in the short term, yet he is often credited with having laid the foundations for Athenian democracy. - Wikipedia
