Goddess of Discord. Often is seen doing mischief with Strife.
Discord often assists Ares in his plots against their half-brother Hercules. She is not only the sister of Ares but also his flunky and implied lover (more obviously in the movie pilot than the tv show).

Brown outfit from 1.07 Inn Trouble

Discord typically wears a dominatrix-type outfit made of brown or black leather, usually a corset of some fashion and a short skirt.
