Rather on the crazy side, Lucius is one of the mortal half-brothers of Hercules. Believing himself to be Zeus' favorite, he seems to have made it his mission in life to destroy all the others. There is some small bit of genius in his madness, though, as he is shown to be clever enough to create elaborate killing machines and devise cons to lull people into a false sense of security.
