First Meeting: 1.05 - Girl Trouble
Status: Star-crossed lovers with terrible timing.
History: Hercules and Cyane first meet on a ship belonging to the slave-trader Zared, where Cyane and the rest of her tribe are being held captive to be sold in Carthage. While locked in the cargo hold with them, Hercules was given a long-overdue history lesson by Cyane about the *real* reason why they have no men in their tribes and he agreed to help them escape imprisonment. The two of them parted ways, but met each other multiple times afterward. They appear to be very fond of each other, even coming close to sharing a kiss multiple times in the series. These tender moments, however, keep being interrupted and nothing has ever come of it.
