Babylonian Sibyl.

The Babylonian Sibyl was a disguise used by Strife. He and Discord, who played the part of the Babylonian Translator, presented Jason with a basilisk egg as part of a sinister plot to destroy Corinth. As the sibyl, Strife spoke in a series of high-pitched squeals and jibberish. Even after removing the costume, though, he continued to speak in falsetto for another split second before returning to normal.
