Stretching is an important part of any workout. It keeps the muscles from cramping up and getting fatigued too quickly and should always be done before and after a session. At [[Cheiron's Academy|the Academy]], the morning stretches tend to be led by a cadet (usually [[Jason]]).

Stretching from 1.11 - Battle Lines I.
