A resident of the Underworld, Minos seems to be in charge of overseeing people's judgement and deciding who goes to the Elysian Fields and who goes to Tartarus. When Hercules and Jason arrive to plead Eurydice's case, Minos had not only sent the former bacchae Sarah into Tartarus, but had ordered that Eurydice be thrown in as well.
