Quiet and kind, Lady Yeta acts as the lady-in-waiting to her niece, Princess Dido. She accompanies the princess to Corinth to present her as Jason's future wife. When King Cadmus tries to use Antos' being a commoner as an excuse for why he will not allow Dido to marry him, Yeta points out that Cadmus himself was not born into royalty either and only became king through his marriage to Dido's mother (Yeta's sister).
